Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
Please note that the return shipment must be sent back within this 30-day period.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition, suitable for resale
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your order and place a new one after your refund is issued.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at the warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds to the original payment method typically take 7–10 business days after processing.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
Our support team will review your request and provide the most appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Any item returned worn or damaged without prior approval from our customer support team will be rejected. In such cases, the return will be voided and the product may be destroyed.
Return Costs & Customs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by courier and country.
We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges on returned items. These costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return has been successfully received. We cannot assist with returns that lack valid tracking or shipment proof.

Once your return has arrived at the warehouse, processing begins and is completed within 10 business days.
